The other part of it that is very crucial is the person on the inside, who usually help the scam or con artist get your money, that is, the money to be collected from the "client", and have it wire or western union to the fraudsters final address. The insider is known as "the picker", and they are usually between some useless and jobless someone who is actually a citizen from any of the developed countries and their duty is just to get a western union cashed, take their share as agreed between then and the con artist, because, some times, they too are lied to in the sense that, the con artist tells them "the picker", he or she that, they will be working for them and they are usually gotten from some classified ads via Craigslist.com, and some many other classified ads sites and the other means the con artist recruits them is via spam mails, where he or she sent out many emails seeking for someone who can do or work or pick up cash from their clients that is not genuine but, they are lied to that, it is a genuine business they are getting into and as such, they are going to get paid for it. Some of them at the long run knew later on what the scam or con artist is up to but decided to stay, some stayed so that they could steal a huge sum of money later from the con artist itself, after all, there is no honor amongst thieves.
1. Con or scam artist

3. Picker (insider)
4. Classified ads

Henceforth, the following are part of the methods the con or scam artists uses up to date:
1. Military dating
2. Dating sites
3. Social network sites
4. Apartment 5 and etc

Let me try to explain them one by one and as briefly as possible because, i don't wan this block turning into a book. Laugh out loud.

So, the (1). Military dating involves the scam or con artist to scavenge for military picture and documents online, as there are several file sharing servers online which makes this processes a lot smoother for them to gather these materials and documents, besides, there are some obnoxious military men out there that posts virtually everything about their lives, mission and life and these con artist are always happy every time they stumbled upon such a person, and these are used on and all over many dating sites they can find and they use the term "bomb", whenever they have searched for their clients which they are going to be impersonating a military person which they already gathered enough details and documents about, including designing leave form, and many other military letters copying logos from the united state official websites so, maybe is time for the so called developed countries to be using a different logo entirely different from any of the website logo they must have used which is exposed to the entire world. They will pretend to be the military person and then starts looking for people to befriend and then they will start lying from time to time and once you have been cajoled into thinking you are dating each others, from then they will start strategizing how and when to "bill" you which is their term for when they want to start collecting your money once or if you have been gullible enough to their plans of deceit.

Second on my list is (2). Dating sites (mate.com, match.com, mate1.com, Anastasia.com, lovoo.com, wayn.com and etc, this method require similar to the military but this time, the scam artist gathered beautiful pictures of some careless models, either male or femile, look for some reigning dating sites, register with some form names and register email similar and then start bombing, after which they will bill once they have caught their pray and then move on to the next target and etc... Is repetition of the Military scam but with some models pictures lying around online and then proceed to harm other people who have falling victim of their enticement and etc

They always have an insider whom helps to get any money your sent to them if they are working together or that person too is a victim of been hired (lied to) and then they plan everything so that it doesn't spook you and even though it doesn't sound suspicious, they are.

3. Social network sites (facebook.com, twitter.com, match.com, tagged.com, hi5.com, and etc) similar to the previous two, in order words, they only get their victims from the aforementioned social sites, cajoled them with the pictures they scavenged and then start collecting money from their victims and etc.

4. Apartment (usually these fetches them money from the innocent in that time of the year when people usually changes apartment and trying to relocate to other states and the victims are usually from the USA, Canada, and some EU countries and not limited to the UK This is simple when they pretend to be the real estate manager by reposting the ads for all major classified ads sites from craigslist and etc and then claiming to text you over google voice sms which was registered for them by someone they cajoled to be working for them and unknown to that one too, he is being manipulated and not a real job, because that one mission is just to post ads on classified ads site because of the IP issues and that one job was just to post and they are the one feeding him with details of what he is going to be posting. This will be nurtured within a shorter time since they are going to be telling you that they have other people who are interested in the same apartment and all this is just too get to inspired and hurried up so that you send the money to their picker which will in turn send the money to them.

 A word they say is enough for the wise, these articles, forward and share with your friends and let it go viral so that, you can teach people out there to be wise and they shouldn't send money or anything to anybody no matter where they are, no matter the excuse for the money because, they will deceive you they needed money to call in for their leaves and etc for those into the military dating, they will also make so many excuses just to get you to pay them.

Always go to the address and verify to see the owner or the house agent in person and as a matter of fact, offer to pay money directly to the housing agent and get your receipt immediately too and the keys to the apartment you just rented.

Avoid being scam or con please so that you can stop pointing accusing fingers since you are from a developed countries, I wonder why someone from undeveloped country can be that smarter.

If you must know, for those who likes to hide from the truth that, there are various ways you can get conned, scammed or fraud online in ever since the internet has became a global village and till date, 2015, in this contemporary time, the rate at which lot of people that are still been defrauded online should have reduced by now more drastically than now but reverse is the case but, the problem is that most of the people who commit these online crimes and fraud, cheat, cons, and scams are always a step ahead or have an insider to help make their plan foolproof, so you guys should stayed two steps ahead of them too from now on but the actual truth is that, there is always an insider to the whole scam artist jobs that has ever happened in the past, that is presently happening, and that will forever be happening if people don't change their modes, methods and ways in which they deal with people online whenever it comes to especially dating, purchasing stuffs online, finding or get stuffs and etc whatever that the may be that requires you putting money onward before the whole deal can be sealed.

In essence to what I am trying to blog, write about using my Philosophical skills and mindset, in this life and generally all over the world, humans has a whole are not that different at all, don't even say because, you are of a black race and because am from a white race, this has nothing to do with our thinking faculty, and of course, I don't want you saying that, I am from a developed country and that, you are, since you are from Africa. Are you kidding me, Africa was and is still the cradle of civilization and up till date, forget everything you think you know, the so called developed countries are just a typical modern slavery, whereby; they hire the brains behind each African countries and then employed the geniuses to be working for them since their own leaders can't see any potential behind them, we are the same set of beings living in each day to day life, that is, all over the continents of the world, the ways some sets of people live their lives in the continent of Africa for instance is the same ways and methods the same sets of the same types of people lead theirs even though they each according to their kind don't even know anything about one another. In fact, average African students are way advance and brilliant than most kids (students) from the developed countries. A guy, graduated First class student from one of the Nigerian universities and decided go abroad for his Masters, he graduated First Class in the University he went for his masters and he was actually the over all first class graduate that year all over the UK. You think this was a luck? Absolutely no!

So, lets assume that, we have some cold heartless set of people living in Nigeria and perpetrating such a wicked act online by scamming "commonly known as 419 in the IBB era and up till date, that word has actually gone viral and became a logo in which scam, con and frauds are being associated now all over the world", and in the continent of Africa for instance, we also have similar sets of heartless people living in the South Africa on the same planet, and also, the same type of people are everywhere, name it, USA, UK, Europe, Asia and even in Australia, that is how we have similar sets of people all over the world and across continents to continents some of whom were probably started being heartless after they must have experienced certain downfall, cheated, devils own, downtrodden, poor and even the rich kids do engages in such an atrocities, some just decided to get involved in such because, some of their friends were into it and some, wants to because, that's the stuff that is reigning in their area and as such, he too must get involved.

To further move on, concerning my explanation, I am going to discuss some various forms of scam, con or frauds that has been in existence for the past seven to ten (7 to 10) years now, and these trends are still like hot cake because, every day new people are being introduced to the internet and those who have already been scammed online failed to notify the people online so as to be aware of these trends and over the time, I have been meaning to write and publish such an articles as this for a long time now, and I have been really busy with the actual world and forgot all about my blog but now that I am free to start blogging again, I made it a thing that I must get off my chest, especially since the people developed worlds are always pointing accusing fingers that, Ghana, Nigerians and Africa in as a whole are the major culprit behind these charades and that kind of concerns me because, I actually have seen some of these things been done by some guys whom origin are not from Africa or African at all and I was made to know some of these things and how they worked while I was in the United States.

So, without no further ado, there are several methods the con arts uses to capture and start milking people online for their money and they call these sets of people their "clients", that is if for example, you have been marked as a potential person whom they are targeting and hoping to get some bucks out of you in the head or at the long run, they (the con artist) tagged you that title.
